Today pro life and pro choice protestors gathered in front of Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach to protest and support the abortion ban the hospital recently put into plage. Roughly 250 demonstrators showed up, and it was an even mix between pro-life and pro-choice protestors. Heated debates and chanting of slogans took place, but overall the event was peaceful. Drivers drove by honking their horns, ambiguous as to what side they were supporting.
